Meet Gilbert,

Gilbert has been with Ameristar since 2015. Gilberts journey started in the Hotel before making the transition to VIP Services 6 Years ago, and he enjoys every second of it! Gilbert is also a host on Ameristar's featured podcast, "Behind the Book A Sports Betting Podcast” and when he is not recording an episode or at the resort he is spending time with his wife and 2 sons.

Gilbert is always high energy and can rarely be found in the same place twice. Gilbert stands by his promise to always deliver excellent guest service and prides himself on that!

Even though his cell phone is always on, you can find Gilbert at the resort every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday!
